We take pride in our ability to make your home lawn or business property look its best.  It is the first impression made when visitors or clients approach your residence or business.
Every lawn mowing includes string trimming and blowing clippings from walks and driveways. We also remove any branches or debris we find. Your property looks neat and clean when we drive away.
All properties need care and maintenance and we would like an opportunity to show you the quality of our work. Our services are flexible, which enables us to schedule your service  at the best time for your business operation.

GETTING STARTED

The process of getting our services is very simple.   As soon as you contact us with your home or business information, we make a visit and evaluate  the property, we make suggestions and explain  what services and products we have to  offer.   Then we give you an official quote and as soon as you agree on the services, we proceed with scheduling. We use professional equipment and at this time we can only service properties with a gate size bigger than 52 inches.   Prices vary based on the size and current conditions  of the property.

SERVICES

Aeration

Picture
Why do we have to aerate ?
  • Improved air exchange between the soil and atmosphere
  • Enhanced soil water uptake
  • Improved fertilizer uptake and use
  • Reduced water runoff and puddling
  • Stronger turf grass roots
  • Reduced soil compaction
  • Enhanced heat and drought stress tolerance
  • Improved resiliency and cushioning
  • Enhanced thatch break down
When is the best time to do it?
  • The best time for aeration is during the growing season, when the grass can heal and fill in any open areas after soil plugs are removed. Ideally, for Charlotte weather is the middle of September until the end of October.

Why Shouldn't I Cut My Grass So Short?

Unlike a short haircut in the summertime, keeping your lawn high and tight won't keep it cool and comfortable. Although you might be tempted to cut your lawn short like greens of a golf course, you shouldn't. In fact, cutting your grass too short can damage the soil and the grass itself.

By cutting grass too short, you remove a good portion of the blade. This is where photosynthesis occurs, which produces root and shoot growth. Grass that's too short also struggles to fight and defend against weeds, making your lawn susceptible to overgrowth.

Also, when you cut grass too short, the sun has easier access to the soil. In turn, it dries out the soil faster, making it a less-than-ideal environment for living, growing things.
